Last week Friday, Lauren and I jumped in good old Prunelope and raced down the QEW (at most moderate speeds if there's any cops reading this, heehee!). We were excited to spend a day with our sister Rachel and her boys... yep, it's fun to now say "boys", "kids" and "nephews". Somehow that extra "s" makes it so much more exciting. Anyhow, we had a nice day all together - mostly spent sitting around talking, laughing at Peter's antics and enjoying long cuddles with Aaron, who was most happy to oblige his aunties with long cuddle times, all curled up in a nice little ball! It is such a joy to watch them and I am so thankful for them.

Snuggling up to read with Aunt Lauren, all kitted out in his little klompen slippers - how cute is that! Peter loves books, good thing too since the rest of his family loves books!
Aunt Lauren, what's wrong? Is there a stinky in there? That's an awfully funny face you're pulling...
My talented nephew enjoys "vacuuming" his food up. Yep, okay.
I sure didn't teach him this one!
Aaaahhh, this is the life... a soft shoulder to rest on,

Aaron's trying (not so hard) to open that eye... we didn't see much
of his eyes until we were ready to go - then he decided to wake up... silly boy!
whilst all bundled up to go outside.
Aaaahhh, this is the life... a soft shoulder to rest on, blankies, a nice cozy hat and i'm good!
I love this shot - Peter's such a funny kid - talking a blue streak sometimes - not always very intelligibly (?sp?) but he is just a little man - so funny... he's after cookies here i think... "bus, bus" (please, please).
