AAAAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhh

In less than twelve hours... i'll be five hours away (isn't this delightfully convoluted??) from writing my Oncology Nursing Certification Exam.... it's a big exam, 3 hours long (potentially, if i don't faint or develop sudden and acute memory loss causing the exam writing attempt to be derailed), and once i'm done, won't get results for 6-8 weeks and then only a pass or fail - seemingly hugely anticlimactic after studying - sometimes intensely, sometimes slackly, since October.  Somehow it all seemed so far away back then - oh, it's okay, i'll learn everything there is to know about oncology nursing in a few months - but now as the hours tick by and i'm having great difficulty buckling down for the last study push, i'm wondering what i've done to myself!!!!  Many many facts about port-a-caths, doubling time, cyclophosphamide administration, research studies, allogeneic bone marrow transplants, carcinogenic factors, rhabdomyosarcomas and other topics are tumbling through my brain getting all mixed up so that probably tomorrow i'll end up regurgitating things like "yes, tomatoes do cause bladder cancer" or "doxorubicin is a commonly used anesthetic for mouth ulcers".  So, please don't expect intelligent conversation in the next few hours should you attempt to contact me... i'll be busy sharpening my 2B pencils, buffing up my eraser and downing my ativan...

All the best Yell! I'll be thinking about you tomorrow. I'm sure you'll do well... your years of experience and hours of study will serve you well I'm sure!

In spite of all your thoughts of failure I pray you do well and ace this thing.
