i finally figured it out after much sole searching, brain manipulation and reflection, when it oftened consumed my day - ha-ha is the sound a donkey with a speech impediment makes. (I was going to put in a dig about the great Canadian speech impediment but i feared the wrath of those nearest and dearest to me:)
