So, Saturday night i was drafted into babysitting for my three little nephews.... supper and bedtime and all... aah, how hard could it be right? I had great helpers and i was delighted that we could make it a real social event... but mostly i just want to show some pics of Nate "eating" his peas. Apparently, this was his first time eating canned peas - i'm glad to be a guinea pig and it made for some funny pictures...

Hmm....Nate doesn't look at that impressed! I think it takes 12 "offerings" of the same food before the child will either go with it or never open his mouth to it again ;)

He's been eating them just fine since then, so you must have given him a great introduction! :)
let's face it (ha ha) he was probably so surprised that his aunt would smear the peas on the outside of his cheeks.

We still have a half jar of peas in our fridge from when Rach & Mike were over. I keep forgetting to get rid of it.
