Oops... a little behind...

Yes, once again, i've fallen off the "pic of the day" bandwagon... starting to get permanent bruises on my ego from that.  Why is this so difficult?  I suppose it's like starting any kind of habit, takes work and inspiration and dedication, sometimes, i worry i lack those things in big quantities...
Anyhow, i'm going to make a few posts here to "catch up" a little bit - won't be every day but it's a start.  This particular plate of deliciousness was provided by my friend Helen... complete with homemade croutons and salad dressing and organic veggies.  I'm so proud of my friends who are able to whip up such creations.  Somehow pulling a bottle of Kraft dressing out of the fridge isn't nearly so exciting. 
It was nice to get together with Helen for lunch last week Thursday - it had been far, far too long and it's amazing how time slips away when you both lead busy lives.  Friendships are important and I don't want to lose them.
